Now Book It
Now Book It was developed in consultation with hospitality professionals to provide a reservations package that:
- Charges a flat fee per month (instead of the per booking model charged by other systems)
- Enables venues to exclusively keep and use their own customer data.
With Now Book It, venue owners and operators can anticipate their fees month to month and use their customer data to produce targeted marketing campaigns to increase sales and provide specialised customer experiences.

How it works with PowerEPOS
Bookings & Walk-ins
Data continuously syncs between the two systems which means that bookings (and walk-ins) made in Now Book It (whether online or entered manually) are passed to PowerEPOS, ready to use at the POS. Walk-ins added through PowerEPOS are passed back to Now Book It updating the booking screen, and providing an accurate view of the venue at all times.
Tables Statuses
Table statuses help us track our customers through each stage of the customer journey, from booking to payment. Many statuses are available in both Now Book It and PowerEPOS, and most are synced between the 2 systems.
Prepayments
Now it’s easy to take deposits and prepayments for bookings. Payments are processed through the Now Book It payment platform and applied to orders in PowerEPOS as credit, then decremented from the order value.
Gift Vouchers
Easily added to your website through the Now Book It widget, gift vouchers are a fantastic way to increase revenue at any time of year. Vouchers are then easily redeemed through PowerEPOS as credit on the customer bill.
POS Customer Data
Customer data, including total spend and items ordered, is passed from PowerEPOS to Now Book It where it’s consolidated and ready for analysis, providing the information needed to produce targeted marketing for your venue, and generating increased sales and footfall.
